About Us
Bonnie's Boutique was created in 2021.This family ran business in Central Illinois came about with three daughters with great taste and some extra time on our hands due to quarantine. The store was named Bonnie, after my grandmother who also loved clothing and to shop. She was also an entrepreneur herself. One of our favorite memories was shopping trips with her as she loved to spoil her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. My mother has continued this tradition and often gifts a shopping trip to her grands. We hope you shopping our small boutique as much as we enjoyed selecting these pieces for all of you.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours through the US Postal Service. We are only shipping within the United States at this time.
Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy on most items. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds.
To be eligible for returns, items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in the original packaging that you received it, if applicable.
To complete return, please email BonniesClothingBoutique@outlook.com and a return address will be provided. Once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
